Lorraine Barry Management

A former Director of International Marketing for Virgin Music Group in the UK, Lorraine Barry is now a Music Manager in her new homeland of New Zealand. In 16 years with Virgin Records, Barry worked globally with artists including Ice T, Massive Attack, Neneh Cherry, John Lee Hooker, Placebo, Gomez, The Verve, Chemical Brothers and the phenomenon that was the Spice Girls.

She was promoted to Director in 1997, overseeing the international marketing, promotion and production teams and in 1999 she won the Special Achievement Award at the UK music industry’s Women of the Year Awards. After emigrating to NZ, she began managing Dave Dobbyn, a relationship that now stands at 14 years. Avantadale Bowling Club and nomad make up the current roster, with Mark Vanilau and Victoria Girling-Butcher in writing modes.

Anthony Metcalf, promoter, project manager & general busibody has been bringing his skills to the company for the last four years. He also runs boutique agency 100% GOOD, and does music publicity for select clients.
