Female singer (alto) required - Auckland based

Looking for a talented Auckland based female vocalist (ALTO range) to join our female vocal trio. Must be a strong alto singer who is confident singing close-harmony, has great stage presence, and is keen to hit the ground running before our busy Christmas season!

Formed in 2022, we're going from strength-to-strength as our reputation grows, and we require support members to assist us. While this is an support/understudy role, we definitely look after our members and would explore opportunities for you to perform at shows wherever possible, once you were up to speed with some of our repertoire.

We mainly perform around Auckland, with a few gigs further afield. Our song genre is varied, and includes songs from the 1920s through to today, but we specialise in songs from the 1940s – 1980s. We cover a wide range of genres including, pop, disco/soul, easy listenting classics, swing, boogie woogie and jazz!

Our shows are paid (fee varies show to show), but rehearsals are unpaid. You must be available to practise on Monday evenings on the North Shore - we practise weekly, and you are welcome to join us every week if you'd like - otherwise a minimum of twice a month. We would also provide backing tracks, alto harmonies and choreography outside this for personal practise.
