- likes our music and likes to gig
- can combine rhythms from different styles, such as rock, jazz, Brazilian, and Afrobeat
- is not motivated by making money
- can attend band rehearsal twice a week in Sandringham
- has access to a drum kit for practice outside of rehearsal
