The Kawai BS20S was a direct competitor to the Yamaha U1, U2 in the late 1980's and early 90â€™s. Very similar in looks, size, and sound, it is often hard to tell these apart. The Kawai BS20S has a slightly bigger soundboard than the Yamaha U2, and will put out just that much more in sound. This is a fun piano to play. Itâ€™s voiced a little darker than most other upright pianos.

This piano was originally made in 1989-90, and has been reconditioned for the New Zealand market. All reconditioning is done by the Takamoto company in Japan
