His signature D'Angelico features&nbsp;dual Duncan-designed humbuckers, slick satin Chrome hardware and a vibrant contrasting finish - rock 'n' roll indeed.</p> <h4>Body &amp; Neck</h4> <p>This single-cut instrument offers solid humbucking tones. The body is basswood, offering a simple balanced tone that&rsquo;s the perfect platform for fat pickups. 3-ply binding rounds it off with a luxurious old-school look.</p> <p>The neck uses a Maple Scarf construction with a set-thru joint. This helps counter the subtle Basswood/humbucker combination with extra top-end brightness, great for lead playing clarity.</p> <h4>Hardware &amp; Electronics</h4> <p>As mentioned before, twin Duncan-designed humbuckers deliver a warm but gutsy snarl.
